A local resident his entire life, Mr. Voiss got into the construction industry in 1974, and by 1988 had been involved in every aspect of total home construction. By 1988, as the Seattle area became the gem of the Northwest and the population booming, he became dismayed at what he saw as a rapid decline in quality of craftsmanship due to increased demand. Sadly, this is still a problem with most home construction today. He decided to first start a finish construction company. With trim work being the most meticulous and detail oriented trade in the business, Voiss Construction built a strong reputation for their attention to detail, eye for quality and pride in craftsmanship. They then, turned their focus on building the complete home, with the same standards as the finish construction. From then on, Voiss Custom Homes was born.
